Like I said earlier, that refernce to "pearls before swine" dogged me the entire debate - mostly as a result of JF's rebuttal to it. It in no way represented what I meant, or what the Bible was saying. Howevever, it sounded incredibly bad, when he put it that way.

I'm not saying that we should dodge topics - but.. I don't think I was very judicious in using it here, and with the audience I had. Bad tactical move, even if it was a Biblically sound principle.
