Whaaa? Jumpgate having a higher average IQ... eh. I would have argued that when more of the "hardcore" flight simmers played, and less of the "new to the genre" folks were the dominant breed. That's neither here nor there.
Note, first, his tendency to belittle "religious views" - especially ones that don't fit whatever his conception of them is. Also not, as you read, that those are ever really formed for us. At all.
Note, second, that his default treatment of anything he disagrees with (for whatever reason), is ignorance incarnate, and demonized to such an extent that no "right-minded" person could ever accept it. Perhaps the reason for the reference to Jumpgate's supposedly high-IQ level? Two assertions, no basis in facts, but that result in some sort of "warm fuzzy" for the board denizens. coincidence? I doubt it. Not that there's any deviation from his tactics here or anything...
