Debate Medium and Format:

Medium: via Text, Voice (Skype preferred), or in-person, within the local S. Mississippi area.

Format: Formal, to include moderation; opening statements, rebuttal periods (at least 1, prefer 2), extensive cross-examination, and closing statements. For text, pre-determined word count per section. For voice or in-person, multiple cross-examination periods of at *least* 10 minutes each – 15 minutes preferred.
